Wilson Official Game Model Super Bowl XVI Football

                This is a great item for the Joe Montana and 49er fans. Super Bowl 16 was the first of five Super Bowls the 49ers have won. There was no ball made just for this Super Bowl, but each one of these footballs is of similar design and make-up of the ones used from Super Bowl 20 through today. Each football has the Super Bowl logo, the date, the team names and location of the game, the Wilson black logo and the imprint of Pete Rozelle’s signature as the commissioner on the football. Super Bowl 16 was held at the Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan on January 24, 1982 between the San Francisco 49ers and the Cincinnati Bengals. The 49ers won 26 to 21 and Joe Montana was the MVP. The scores are not printed on the ball.
